Each room has been designed as a simple remedy for stress, providing a serene, embracing environment ideal for releasing your cares and rejuvenating your body and mind. Down comforters, handmade quilt bedspreads and textiles from world have been used to make up each of the hand-crafted beds, fitted with extraordinarily comfortable mattresses and pillows. High quality Persian/Tabriz carpets, antique lace and international fabric handicrafts feature in the décor of every guest room. In the ensuite bathrooms, the natural beauty of river rock is complemented by beautiful turquoise tiling and radiant heat floors and steam shower room or custom made Japanese style/Turkish Hamam and shower. Throughout, transom windows ensure that you can enjoy the fresh Maine air whenever you like, but only why you choose to do so.

Inn Accommodations that Promote Relaxation

What you will not find in our guest rooms or common areas are televisions and radios. Ksimet Kismet Inn has been designed as a place of tranquility, where you can take a break from outside cares and distractions. If the need arises, you are welcome to use our Wi-Fi access with your own computer.
All five rooms are double occupancy with queen size bed. Breakfast made with all organic, local and natural ingredients is included with all the rates.

Cancelation Policy

When a guest makes a reservation for a stay at Kismet Inn, we request a deposit of 50% by check, visa or mastercard. The check must be received within one week in order for us to hold the room. If a reservation must be cancelled, that it is done so at least twenty-one days prior to the arrival date. The full amount minus $25 for handling is sent back to the guest.  With Credit card payments 15% of the total is charged for non-U.S cards, 10% on U.S cards.  However, if a guest cancels a reservation less than twenty- one days prior to the arrival date, and we are unable to re-book the cancelled room, we will retain the check for the required deposit of one night’s accommodation inclusive of room tax. When guests reserve for a three day holiday weekend, should guests cancel the reservation, less than twenty-one days prior to the arrival date, and we are unable to rebook the room, the guest will not receive back the deposit for the three nights accommodation inclusive of room tax. For early departures guests are responsible for the remaining nights accommodation and tax.
